Tribunal's video
Our video highlights what happens at a special educational needs appeal hearing. It aims to give parents an indication of what to expect, including who might attend and the likely set-up of the room. It does not cover every possible eventuality - nor does it take account of our work on disability discrimination. We send a copy to all parents sending us an appeal about special educational needs when we register the appeal.
