We are open from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Please use our helpline if you need general advice about rights and how to make an SEN appeal or a disability discrimination claim.

We have 2 offices to which correspondence can be sent. All new SEN appeals and all new disability discrimination claims should be sent to the Darlington office.

If you submit an appeal/claim we will give you a direct line number in the team that will deal with your appeal.
